He is recognized for his servant leadership, team building, and operational excellence.

He holds a degree from Southern New Hampshire University and brings a blend of formal education and hands-on leadership experience. A Florida resident for 34 years, Barry has lived in World Gold Village, St. Johns County since 2019 with his wife, Christy. They have two children, Kameron and Lindsey, and two grandsons.

Barry comes from a family of public servants, with four brothers in law enforcement, and is a U.S. Air Force Reserve veteran. He serves on the board of the Round Canopy Parachuting Team and enjoys offshore fishing and supporting veteran and first responder communities.

Her community experience includes service on many not-for-profit boards, including the Junior Service League of St. Augustine (past president), Kids Bridge (past president), Community Hospice & Palliative Care, Flagler Hospital and Limelight Theatre. She is married to Steve Chapman, and is managing partner and co-owner of  Steve Chapman’s All American Air-Conditioning and Heating. In 2010, she and her husband established the All American Air Charitable Foundation, and she serves  as president of the board.

My husband Brian and I have been married for 18 years and have 2 amazing children, Tyler 13 years old and Caroline 9 years old. Brian is a Senior Vice President Technology Executive at Bank of America and loves tinkering on cars both old and new.

I have served on the All American Air Charitable Foundation board for the last 5 years. I was honored to serve as co-chair for our last 2 Table Tennis Classics where we raised over $320,000 all to be given back in St Johns Co. I have also previously served on my community HOA board of directors holding positions of Director, Secretary and Vice President for 5 years in total.

I have worked at Publix Super Markets for over 25 years and proudly serve as Store Manager at the Publix at Palencia since 2018. I was very proud to have the opportunity to open this location and serve our customers. I currently lead a team of 185 associates, 16 managers and our amazing community that equates to a multi-million dollar yearly operation. At Publix, part of our culture is to serve the communities in which we operate. Each year we host several community projects with our Publix Serves days to include serving the community on beautification projects, park upkeep, painting projects, and canned food drives.

I love every opportunity that I get to serve on any of these projects in St Johns co. I was born and raised in Mississippi so my southern upbringing and helping others comes naturally. I love serving in my community and I am a huge advocate of helping others. In my spare time I enjoy spending time camping with my family, spending weekends at the baseball field watching my son pitching and hitting bombs, arts and crafts with my daughter, or cooking up something amazing in my kitchen.
